A yacht that uses photovoltaic energy? Come on! Just when you think they thought of everything, then something like this comes along. I will admit is a really interesting product design though. ALTAIR is an innovative design yacht concept that uses a 5KW photovoltaic  system along with two large wing to increase exposure. When the boat is in motion the wings will not expand. However, when the boa is stationary the wings expand increasing energy production. A hybrid yacht is not something that we would find common even nowadays. A futuristic concept that I think a ton of people would support though. I bet some of the millionaires in Sarasota would love to own something like this!
