When you think of plywood, don’t you envision hard and sturdy wood? I know I do, but this designer had a different idea in mind when he designed the Caterpillar Stool out of plywood. When you go to take a seat on the cushion that is totally composed of plywood sections, you will be surprised to find that the wood conforms to your bum! Sounds like an awesome product design already! The plywood pieces are held together with bungee cords which give it that ability to stretch. I love the side view where you can really see how this cool invention works.
